Sure must be a funny question but of course if you intend to start a business like selling lottery online you need to, apart from the others have mentioned here, get yourself a high risk merchant account too. The FTC deems illegal buying and selling tickets online across state lines and offshore. But elsewhere in the world lottery tickets are sold online. Offshore is the best place to base this type of business.

How about contacting the lottery agency in the state(s) to find out if you are allowed to get the tickets and sell them on line. If you can't get the tickets, what are you going to sell?

you mean scam???

Selling online lottery tickets?? What the heck are you talking about???

You can't just start your own lottery!!, and also, there are rules and regulations as to who can sell lottery tickets officially.

Back to the drawing board with this ill-thought, ******** scheme....

You should obtain a proper license that will allow you to do this legally. check with your state or local Gov't agencies to learn what you need. Good Luck !!

get a name and make sure it is not taken. go to your state's website and find names of incorporated companies. if the name you want is not taken, register it.
