I don't think a handful of people have the right to fire Pluto from being a planet just because he was the runt of the group. Pluto rules.

Does size define whether it is a planet or not? For me Pluto, planet or no planet is far too far for me to care. Probably some alien may just declare Earth as a star rather than a planet. The Plutonians must be very offended indeed. Seen any increase in alien aduction lately?

Agreed! Thank goodness, I thought I might be the only old-school, public school-educated people who still calls Pluto a planet.

You can believe what you like but you cannot change Pluto's status now as that is set by science.
But do you not realise that to scientists and realists you will look to be scientifically ignorant?
Discoveries and understandings that lead to decisions like this give far greater insight and understanding on how our system, the galaxy and the cosmos works. Science strives to move forward.
It seems you are striving to move backwards!

Pluto RULES!!!! Science was one of my favorite classes in school, But for them to call pluto a sub planet is totaly ridiculous!!!! There's a saying...The smarter we are, the dumber we get. So basicaly their saying size dose matter.(lol) why cant they make up their minds? Because in reality they relly know nothing!!!! who do they think they are,God or somthing? so I have a notion to declare that theyr heads relly arent heads but misplaced butt's.
