Their are people, persueing 2 degrees simultaniously,But that is totally illegaly .............
If anybody found in such situation, then he can't show his both degrees in same CV applying for single post.
Depends
If 1st degree is regular then he can go for 2nd degree on distance basis.
otherwise itz not possible.

No. Except at IGNOU where they don't demand your Migration Certificate at the time of admission in a course.

One after another is allowed. But that is not preferred. After one bachelors one goes to masters or professional bachelors like
