I'm going to have to say (in no specific order): The X-Men, He-Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, Looney Tunes, The Flintstones, and the USA Cartoon Express (Smurfs, Yogi Bear, etc)

Cartoons really only ballooned after I was passed the cartoon stage - so I guess my best choice would be Looney Tunes (Bugs Bunny & Co.)
