May i ask.
as your wife/girlfriend ever ask you to do a spot of house work,something silly like hoover the stairs or wash the pots?
and you invented a reason not to do them,like you have to do something else or you hurt yourself at work today, what ever.
so you ever told a white lie to get out a doing something around the house

I'll answer for my husband...yes, he has an excuse for everything...especially the small jobs like take out the trash, or change a dirty diaper...his main excuse is he needs to go smoke...I think its his reason for not quitting like he promised...grrrr

Ive hoovered all through everyday this week.I'm so house proud i like to do it myself most of the time.I have a problem now though because the hoovers broken on me earlier.i also clean the windows and dust.The only 1 thing i don't do is the ironing,Tried but just can't seem to do it right,lol

no - whats the point, she will only leave the job I should do for another time, so may as well hover the stairs and put the bins out. Not really much to do really.

Guys use white lies all the time! Regardless, from a male perspective, males are simpletons. If its in our interest to perform a task, then we'll do, if not, then oh well. It'll get done by somebody eventually .....
