I am 15 years old and have broken my wrist (ulna and radius) once when I was twelve years old.

Everybody has something different about them. One of my legs is shorter than the other. I have to wear a lift so I don't have hip pain.

Have you not seen a doctor about this? It is possible that it was "set" wrong and because of the injury bone growth is impaired.
I knew a girl in third grade whose hand was the size of a four year olds and her arm didn't develop correctly either. She told me she broke her arm when she was 4 yrs. old and the doctor set it wrong.
See a doctor about it, you are still young yet and under 18 years of age. If there is a problem in development, doctors may be able to correct it.

Bro i would'nt complain if i was you.I seen on ripley's believe it or not a chick with arms coming out no longer than 10cm out of her arm sockets she literally looked like a bird with short wings.

well go to the doc. get your x rays done ...but in most of these cases nothing can be done...after all your doc. cant pull and stretch it list an elastic

no one is perfectly proportioned. My left foot is slightly wider than my right, but it's not a problem.

No body part is proportional. Its fine. Not one body part will ever be the same. Compare your hands, one is bigger.

it means you have bad eyesight but to be sure you should measure both arms and then compare
