I recently heard that a family member of mine is really depressed because her husband told her that he didn't love her anymore. She said he had been acting weird a few days ago 'till she finally asked him what was wrong and he said he didn't love her anymore. Could it be that he just stopped loving her for no reason or something else could've been going on?

If you truly, honestly, down-in-the-dirt-I-tell-no-lies, really love someone, you cannot stop. No matter what. This guy, I personally feel, never really loved her in the beginning. You can't turn off love. Maybe something did happen that made him fall out of love, or whatever, but there is no real such thing as falling out. Love is something so universal, it cannot be stopped, like the rotation of the earth or something. But, something else might be going down that someone needs to look at...

There could be many reason. Without reason u cant stop loving anyone.
Maybe he loves some1 else. or he never loved her, so how could he stop loving her.
umm.... 1 think can happen too. May be he loves her too much. But now he thinks she'll not be happy with him for some reason. Maybe she might face troubles for him. He wants to save her from troubles. thats why he is acting that he doesnt love her anymore & wants her to go away from him.

He may have stopped loving her but she needs to know that God loves her and he will never stop loving her no matter what she does. If she is a person that prays, everything will work out for her. If she is not a person that prays she needs to start praying Now....
With God all things are possible. Once she starts praying all things in her life will change for the better..
With God all you have to do is ask and you shall Receive.

i think this happens when two people allow themselves to drift apart and lack of communication. then with no real communication you start to not really see the goodside of them anymore. but the bad grows more apparent. i have seen this happen in front of my eyes and when a partner shuts down for whatever reason, they were hurt, and if the other person cant bring them back, then its only a matter of time. i wish you luck. try to get them to open up again and get to the core of it, then maybe things can be worked out.

What does it matter now? He is gone and he will probably never return again, and even if he did, would she really want to start over again with him after he said such a terrible thing? She needs to move on and continue with her life, because this time is all she has.

Maybe it's 1 big reason or maybe lots of little ones or maybe he is just over being married ppl do things for so many reasons it's impossible to figure them out..... But he should communicate his feelings and reasons to her she deserves that.

He was probably having an affair, or has been thinking about leaving her for a long time. He just did not mention it to her, or she would not admit the problem to herself.

theres always a reason. even if the person who said they stopped loving you doesnt know the reason.
