"Mr Andrews said on Sunday that he still harboured suspicions against the Indian doctor.

The fact that Dr Haneef decided to leave the country "actually heightens rather than lessens my suspicion", he said" (BBC)

There was a news item that stated 'he is not being deported but he is only going back to India'. Whatever it may be, he is DIRTIED in Australia; hence he wants to run away; he is running away to India, because, India has the river Ganges so than he can be CLEAN.
Moreover, there is a 'whites block' working to tarnish more, the image of India, as India also has a sizable population of muslims; the agenda can be to make India a 'terrorist harbouring' country ; recent arms sales to Saudi Arabia by USA is a relevant point here; allow some suspects to fly to India and india will definetely falter in eliminating them because of religio-political reasons; start selling arms to India in a big way; make India spend every resource in procuring arms, manufactured by the 'white block', also because india is earning big through outsourcing from 'white block'. That is the political game.

What a ludicrous thing to say - they guy had his visa revoked and the government told him he won't get it back. In addition the AFP and government of the day are intent on detaining him in custody without charge as long as possible. He was on his way out anyway, why would he stay?

What is Mr Andrews implying? That Dr Haneef is going to say, well I was on my way out of the country, but since being detained, threatend, accused of heinous crimes, and subjected to an unprecedented abuse of ministerial powers, I've changed my mind about leaving and decided to hang around for a while?

He is not running away.He and his wife hd a new born baby.Haneef haven't seen his baby yet.And he was arrested based on false charges. You wont be able to imagine what would a person goes through when he is called as terrorist.
He was kept in prison for 3 weeks. He has actually told in an interview that he want to come back to Australia for work.He will try to get his visa from India itself. If he was indeed running away, then he wont have said he wants to come back to Australia.

And by the way,Australian police have admiited that they had made mistake.

He is not running away, he was given the choice of leaving or being detained because his visa was revoked.
Whether or not Dr. Haneef is a risk I cannot tell but I do know that the way this case was handled is a disgrace. We will probably never know the truth now because those involved are too busy covering their tracks. We really need an enquiry, but I doubt we will get that.

I'm sure your pet BBC might not have reported this inhumane, idiotic reply from the Aussie PM.

And yea, make it a point to watch Haneef's press conference today. Or maybe dont, coz your idiotic head still wont digest reality.

Btw, Stop watching "tailored" news and read the truth.

Remember one thing, Truth is not what you want it to be. Truth is truth. And, even if a million people like you believe a foolish thing, it still stays a foolish thing !

Ur statement is correct.

Imagine Indian PM showing crocodile tears on Haneefs arrest. Dont you think Interrogation and Investigation was Australian Police right.
Did he cry in similar fashion when pakistani muslims and sikh terrorists killed innocent people.

Have you ever had a new born baby maybe he wanted to see her before she grows up.
If they had enough evidence he would still be in custody he doesn't have to prove his innocence the AFP have prove he is guilty that how the law is supposed to work.

He is originally from India and had travel booked back there.
You need a hell of a lot more evidence than that.
