i have no idea.... i try to just get on and do things.. keep busy..

difficult though not to think about what has made you unhappy.

I read a book, write a story/poem, listen to music, sing songs. Anything to keep my mind off of my unhappiness. It helps a lot.

I usually take a hot bath and have a glass of wine. Then I go to bed with a really intensely scary or exciting book to take my mind off whatever is making me sad.

I reach out to God, friends or my children! My children saw me crying tonight and I told them how I felt about my father getting a pacemaker! I am worried that something might happen to him!

i cry ..lay in the bath...download new songs and or play my old favourites...write poetry...go for a drive and walk along the beach..and eat too much or too little
