Why is it ok for the bars/clubs to let underaged famous people in there business? and not "average" minors in there business and it not be serving to minors? and the businesses not to get a fine? or threatend to be shut down for not following the LAW!!!!!!! lindsay lohan had made the comment of " she can cuz she is rich" well she was drinking and driving. that is against the law....put her big headed girl into the jail like an average person who would have to obey the laws and the judicial sysytem.....thats whats wrong with young famous people today they think they can do whatever they want and get away with it.......if you think this is wrong for the bars/clubs to serve to minors then lets fight for your rights.....e mail www.california.gov and e mail the governor and tell him..lets make it change !!!!!!!! should minors be able to sue for discremination?

No, as if they are not allowed by law in that State, then they are not allowed, period.

Agree that the "rich and famous" underage should not be allowed to violate the law and that sound more like an ENFORCEMENT problem, not a LAW problem; anywhere else in the country they would be kicked out or if the place served a minor, would experience serve fines and possibly closed down for a period of time, or if the situation continued, the place would lose their liquor license permanently.

Keep in mind Lindsay turned 21 recently and her most recent tirade was AFTER she turned 21.

Minors should not be able to sue for discrimination. However, I believe bars that served Lindsay Lohan should be prosecuted for having served her alcohol.
