If it keeps up you should see the doc, you could have mono or some other infection. I felt like that once, and had a urinary tract infection. The only symptom was being exhausted.

Dry taking a bath with chamomile bubble bath and they might help. It is very relaxing and chamomile bubble bath is supposed to help you relax and fall asleep. Also try reading to put you to sleep but one of the worst things to do is use the computer or watch tv because the light keeps many people up. Good luck and good night.

You don't mention your age, but if you are a teenager you could be going through a growth spurt which is making you sleepy. Pregnancy is also something that can make you fall asleep sitting up. Or maybe you've just messed up your "clock" and need to get it straightened out.

the first thing i would be doing is going for a test to see if your anemic..or just go and buy a good quality iron supplement..there are loads of things that can cause tiredness..but best to exclude anything serious first..by visiting your doctor..diet can play a role hear..too much sugar..alcolhol etc...

See a physician as soon as possible.
There are a number of conditions that
could have that certain symptom. But
only a doctor can diagnose you.
Good luck!
