I had a breast reduction 1 week ago so I am still healing. I had large breasts (36F) and now I am a 36C but my stomach looks really large now. I am 5'4" 160 lbs w/ a 32/33" waist. I am pretty much stuck in bed all day recovering. Any suggestions on how to "exercise" w/out hurting my wounds? Or maybe a meal plan where I can lose a little weight and not work out because I can't and it still be healthy. Thanks in advance!!!
