I had a breast reduction 1 week ago so I am still healing. I had large breasts (36F) and now I am a 36C but my stomach looks really large now. I am 5'4" 160 lbs w/ a 32/33" waist. I am pretty much stuck in bed all day recovering. Any suggestions on how to "exercise" w/out hurting my wounds? Or maybe a meal plan where I can lose a little weight and not work out because I can't and it still be healthy. Thanks in advance!!!

i lost 60 lbs on brown rice and veggies... make sure to steam them. I did NO exercise til i was down and up and about.

you will feel great after that breast job !!!

Heh that seems to be the norm with breast reduction patients.

I had mine done Feb 2006 and I was appalled at the size of my stomach.

Once you are cleared and back to full duty start working out and eating healthy. SLOWLY work your way up to 100% and if you get tired REST.
