maybe its a dumb question, but arent drugs illegal? then why arent celebrities arrested?

i just always wonder. i mean i see pictures of all these celbes smoking weed all over magazines and no one gets punished. wats up with that?

Yes, they are. And sometimes celebrities are arrested for drug possession. Examples of this are Robert Downey, Jr, and Bobby Brown.
