no, he/she is probably just a bit colic, or her/his tummy is a little sore. but take him to the doctor to be sure that there is nothing wrong.

It's not something to worry about, but it is something to get checked.
Were you taking a rectal temperature? If you were, a 99.1 temperature is normal. Rectal temperatures are often one full degree higher than an oral temperature (which is supposed to be 98.6).
Also, make sure you don't have your infant overdressed.
About the bowel movements: are you breastfeeding? If you are, yellow is a normal color of stools of breastfeeding babies. A green tint may be an indicator of an allergy.
The best thing to do is not to panic! Just call your pediatrician in the morning and schedule an appointment.
Remember, if your baby seems fine other than what you mentioned, he's probably fine!

It's not a very high temp, but at that young of an age, your pediatrician may want to see him anyway. Mine always did for the first few months. Not sure about the bm's. You should call in the morning and ask.

I dont think that the color of his bowels are an indicator, but you should bring him in to see the doctor tomorrow if he continues to have any temperature at all. Be sure to keep an eye on it and if he gets too warm you can give him a cool bath to bring the temperature back down.
does he have any other symptoms, like throwing up or pulling on his ear, or not wanting to eat?

Yes... but you don't have to rush out to the ER right now unless his fever spikes or he gets dehydrated... you can wait til morning and call the pediatrician. Tell them the symptoms and they will see him fairly soon. The low grade temp and green stools indicate infection. But too it could be nothing... better to take him in and be seen even if you are told he is fine than to end up sorry you didn't take him in sooner.

its normal for it to change colors if the temp reaches 100 take him to the ER asap, if he is fussy he might just be tired. call his pediatrician to be sure.
