I always put a lot of effort into everything I do. It's what defines me.

A lot of effort in job ! Never was good at Brown nosing and a.s.s. sucking so have to do the work.

it just depends upon the task...if its something that needs done really well to be considered "finished" then i'll put the effort in...if doing it gets it done, just do what needs done :)
