That should have been 111 th Test match, when he scored 241* v Aus in Aus 2003/04 at Sydney.

Sachin Tendulkar scored his 32nd centiry in the 103rd test match of his carreer.
He scored the 32nd century in the 4th Test match of Border Gavaskar Trophy 2003-2004 played between Australia and India at the Sydney Cricket Ground from 2nd to 6th January, 2004. He scored 241runs in the first innings of that match.
