They are men with men's voices, so why do they choose to speak with that flowery poncy airy fairy type of voice? Why not just use the voice they were born with. Does being gay automatically make you speak that way?

We don't. I don't. Some men may talk more lispy, not as to fulfill "a need to talk like girls" just as some of us may talk more raspy or deep! Why does Carrie from King of Queens talk so "deep and manly"? Because we're people, we don't all talk the same!! We're not trying to talk like anyone, we're being ourselves!

sure, i think of i be attentive to what you advise. In some circumstances i could sense greater gentle speaking to a gay guy or a girl than a at cutting-edge guy. probable it has to do with speaking approximately notably emotional issues yet i'm no longer particularly advantageous.

I dont think EVERY gay man "tries" to speak like that. Plus i dont think they "feel the need to" either. It just happens. Its how they think and how they are and want to be. Either way, does it really matter? I think not. There's no "correct" way for a male or female to act.

No, I'm gay, and I have a masculine voice pitch, but I am slightly in touch with my feminine side, like clothes, hair, skin care.
