How big are the bottles? Did you know that you can actually get killed drinking too much water? The tissues of your body absorb the water because your kidneys cannot process it fast enough and you actually drown from drinking water. It is called water intoxication. There is information about it on the internet. I am not sure how much is too much water to drink. If you are talking about a 6-8 ounce bottle per hour your body should be able to handle that. You might want to ask a physician though. Good luck on the diet.

Nah, water cleans out your body, so you'd just have a nice clean, filtered body system. Although, too much may cause your body (somatic) cells to undergo a hypotonic solution which means their (cells) surrounding solution would have less solutes (because you are drinking all that water) than the cell itself. A cell in this environment is at risk for (lyse) exploding because the water in the outside enviroment will rush into the cell since there is more solute concentration in the cell. If enough water moves into the cell it will explode. There have been few cases of people dying from drinking too much water though. It sounds like a bit much, but water is good. Just be reasonable.

Actually water is very healthy to drink. The first benefit of drinking water while you are on a diet is give a feeling of being full. So you won't have the desire to eat as much. The second benefit is to keep you body hydrated. Good luck on your diet.

i've got faith that water is healthful . i do the comparable issues . Yes, I don't recall what it is called. If you drink too much water it is not good for your body.
There is a calculation out there somewhere that tells you how much water you should drink depending on your size and activity level.

as long as your are still eating properly, then you will be fine. But 1. too much water can actually harm you. ( i'm talking like drinking 5 gallons a day

One bottle an hour is fine. Too much water can cause intoxication, however, and WAY too much can upset your electrolytes, which can be serious and sometimes fatal. If you start feeling funny, lay off for awhile.

it kinda depends on how big of a watter bottle you're drinking from. and make sure you're doing some kind of physical activity while you're on this diet. then you're increase in water intake will serve a better purpose.
