Ive heard that your eye brows should be 2 shades darker than the darkest color in your hair. It might be hard to lighten such dark eye brows, so you should probably go to a salon, they could help you find the right color too.

if lighter colors like blonde two shades darker
if dark hair two shades lighter

You shouldn't. Maybe dye or lowlight your hair a shade or 2 darker.

i wouldn't die them. if you die them then when they grow out or regow you will end up with "roots" like your hair.
no matter what color i die my hair i don't touch my eyebrows
