Hardly ever. When I was younger a had a real bad temper,
and it seemed like it always got me in trouble so I worked
on it quite a bit and got it under control when I was about 30.
Now I don't lose my temper so much, I get disgusted with
people and situations instead of losing my temper.

Play CoD4 on Veteran.. that shoud flare you up.. Seriously I tend to be the 'silent' type. I don't want to take my aggression out on people or things ( aka the pillow or some other object.. Ill even include animals that didnt do anyhting to set me off).. So I try and rid it constructively.. Ill play guitar (of course hitting chords aggressivly) or ill workout.. And other methods include gaming (yes venting in an Artificial world works for me.. ), drawing... listening to music can really help as well.. BUt the frequency of my anger isnt that often.. It only happens if something extrodinarially happens that just .. erks me.. For example last semesters math course (math 1101.. im a film major not academia).. I later foudn out I was learning partial calculus the day of the final.. I had no need for that but i had to learn it or i failed.. Or in highschool when my GPA flucuated continuously due to so many rules changes.. I ended missing honors grad by a few points..

Very seldom, nowadays. Thank God. I usually lose my temper when somebody used my things and I can't find it. However, the last time I lost my temper is when I found out that my 4-year old son was injected by his pediatrician by flu vaccine twice. The first one was last April and another one last June instead of IPD vaccine. I really blew my top and threw the phone, books and several things I can't remember now. I was very angry and scared at the same time. I knew that vaccines are actually weaken virus or bacteria which the body's immune system can easily fight and defeat. But double its dosage, my son's body may react adversely with the vaccine, that's why I am so enraged. It took me several hours before I calmed myself.

LOSE it? I haven't been able to FIND it in about 2 weeks! I am so out-of-patience with the nonsense going on at P&S, and Y!'s lack of response.... -ahem-Generally speaking I have a quick tongue; and a smart mouth. I don't actually lose my temper all that easily though. That's for the kind of thing that can't be remedied through the usual channels. For instance, WHAT do you do about the terminally rotten? }:>

Daisy,
How often do I lose my temper? I have to say very rarely! Every once in a "Blue-Moon" my kids will test my patience, and even then I try to be evenly keeled about my temper, by not yelling at them. I will usually take something away from them or ask them "How would you feel if I tested your patience the way you did mine?" type of responses, to see how they'd feel if someone tested them the way they did me, you know. Otherwise, I'd have to say I try really hard not to lose control of myself or my allow my emotions to get the "Best Of me!!" Smile, Great Question, hun!!

When people are annoying, I tend to get irritated and grouchy lol But I dont lose my temper if its a subject I am passionate about.. does that make sense? Whenever i get mad about something, it shows that i care and am passionate about the subject.. and plus I am irish..lol..

I threw a temper tantrum when I was 4. My mother was shocked by it, and never understood it to her dying day. She never understood that it was a planned, deliberate act, with a purpose behind it. My husband has experienced my losing it twice in 40 years.
