I've never met anyone of that name, but I've heard people pronounce it both ways. I think that Nuh-vay-uh is more common, but because it's "heaven" backwards it also make sense to pronounce it with two syllables (like the word heaven has). It's a new name that somebody invented, so I guess people can decide which way they want to say it. It's not like people have been pronouncing it a certain way for centuries.

i thought the whole factor to the call became that it became heaven spelled backwards... I didnt be conscious of there might desire to be different spellings. Neveeya looks greater ideal then neveah for my section. BQ. All names i admire yet don't have the coronary heart to apply lol.
