This one came to mind a while back because I happened to think of all the shows I was so close to seeing but in the end missed.

Some of my bummers: 10$ Fugazi show back in 93', Red Hot Chili Peppers at Lollapalooza 92', and Buck-O-Nine 2000.

David Bowie during his Ziggy Stardust era in 1972. Unfortunately, I was busy being born at the time and kind of missed the concerts.

I am going to limit it to concerts that I was actually alive for because those are the one that hurt me the most.

1991 & 1992 Lollapalooza - the talent was so incredible at both of these shows. So yes, the RHCP was bad enough but Lush & Jesus and Mary Chain made this a phenomenal blunder on my part.

1983 - U2 - I was probably a little too young, but I should have figured out a way to see them play at the Metro before their arenarock explosion.

Any Rob Zombie, MSI or AFI concert the last five years - simply pathetic on my part.

I've seen Pink Floyd 4 times, but I would have loved to have seen "'The Wall" live. Others would be: E.L.O. in '77 when their stage was a giant spaceship, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Jellyfish, Jean Micheal Jarre at the pyramids New Year's Eve 1999, Beatles at Shea Stadium, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Elvis and a few others I'm sure I'll think of later.

the original woodstock, a James Blunt concert just to laugh at him, a Three Days Grace concert that didn't suck, Slipknot for Vol 3 in Sydney, AC/DC in the Bon Scott years, KISS in Detroit 1978, Led Zeppelin IV any place, Ozzfest when they introduced Korn and Disturbed, The Who concert where the drummer took horse tranqualizers and was knocked out, a Guns 'N' Roses concert where Axl didn't be such a whiny b*tch and just played the whole concert, Metallica after Master of the Puppets album, an Elvis concert just to see what he was like, the Motley Crue concert where Tommy had the boob-cam, and the U2 concert where they got stuck in the giant egg

Calling it a rock concert would be blasphemous, but if I could go back in time to see any performance, it would have to be Woodstock. Not only were some of the performers the best that ever were and ever will be, but the event itself was such a lifechanging experience for so many people, that I wish I could have been there.

I saw a $10 fugazi show in '93 so I got one of yours.
I would say any Hendrix or Elvis' Hawaii show would be my top 2

I'd want to see the Beatles or the Doors and maybe even go to Woodstock even though I was born in 1991. The 1969 Woodstock, not the stupid 1994 one.
