What is the fastest, most beautiful flower that I can grow?

I need to grow a beautiful flower for a project I am doing. My limit is about 6 months, and I live in Bahrain, which is EXTREMELY hot/humid weather, especially in the summer which gets to about 40 degrees Celcius at its hottest. I can grow inside though.. but have any idea on which beautiful flower is the easiest and fastest to grow? I heard a rose can take up to a year :(

There are lot of summer bulbs that can grow and flower within 6months. Try any of the following:
Asiatic lilly
Begonia
Day lilly
Japanese lilly
Gladioli tc.

Some plants (can be propagated thru cuttings) like Geraniums will root and grow quickly and flower profusely.

Not sure if you have a good nursery there to get these...

try celebrity Jasmine. I honestly have planted various and that they attain 20' in approximately 2 years, stay green all 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and scent marvelous whilst in bloom. It has tendrils which will grab on so no longer plenty else is needed different than some prompting to snatch the properly suited spot, is extremely skilled and not messy. Bougainvilla is acceptable, (think of Hawaii) grows very at as quickly as yet maximum in all probability won't proceed to exist wintry climate. The upside is that simply by fact it does have the type of speedy strengthen value, I plant it each spring and it covers the patio via mid July. verify your climate zone first before you verify on something.
