Time will tell - I have yet to decide. I like what I see in Obama but I also like Edwards and a few of the others. I like Obama most because of his back ground. The background does not show up in public records and has not had the visibility Clinton has had. If she got a speeding ticket of helped someone across the street it would hit the headlines. Obama on the other hand has worked to help people out of poverty, helped organize local neighborhoods to improve their environment and their position in life. He worked his way up by helping people not by being married to someone special. I like that he does not degrade others, that he is able to maintain his temper unlike others campaigning for president. Time will tell but if I had to vote today it would be first for Obama, Edwards or Biden in that order.

Obama for many reasons: but especially that he is for a more open government: so we can see what bills contain before they are voted on, and so that the American people can see where politicians get their money: especially those who accept Pacs and lobbyist money because their votes on bills will be affected by who "bought" them.
He does not accept lobbyist or Pac money: most of his donations were made by average everyday people who gave what they could: even as little as $5. That says something about how much support he has. At last count over 250,000 people had donated to him.
Hillary will be owing a lot of corporations, ect. "favors" for the money they have contributed to her campaign. And she is in my opinion more of the same.
As for experience: Barack has more experience in working with people: he worked for two years for his church helping workers who had been laid off when steel mills closed in Chicago. He worked for only $12,000 a year: he passed up the opportunity of a high paying attorney job to help people.
As for experience in general: I think it's overrated; just look where it has gotten us.
How many Presidents have we had who were "experienced" and still managed to fark things up?
Personally, I want someone in office who has not been deeply entrenched in the politics of Washington.

I need to know more about how he stands on some issues, but as of right now I see him as a great candidate. He stands for a lot of things I believe in, he's well spoken and will bring a breath of fresh air to the White House. I love people who say he has no experience. Hahahahahahahaha, cuz George W had so much!!!

I won't because he spends too much time talking about how we need to leave Iraq, and never misses an opportunity to say that he stood up in his living room in the beginning and said it was wrong; but spends no time talking about how we are going to leave.
I really don't care what anyone's stance was in 2003. I'm interested in what they plan to do on 21 January 2009.

I read his autobiography and would vote for him except for the fact that I am afraid that, if elected, he would be killed. Also, I think he needs more experience in a public office before becoming President. However, Bush didn't have it on a national scale and he was elected. His father didn't have much either. But, then, look at what the two of them did with their time in office. So, those are my reasons.
I do think, however, that he is a great man and will someday make a great President, just not now.

Barack Obama is youthful and could make many policies for the country due to his aggressiveness.
VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

I wouldn't. He's to far to the left and too young. He should be governor of Illinois or VP and then move to the center. I'm not impressed with his charisma, he's got skeletons in his closet like everyone else.

Just picture Obama dealing with other leaders of the world. They'll eat him alive. Besides I don't think he's ready for big time politics and especially in areas of diplomacy. He is popular because he says what people want to hear.
