Well as a friend of this person it is only right to feel bad for them but if you have feelings for them than the envy of getting a chance with them is most likely to take over. I would stay friends with them. I am sure you will turn out the best of friends in the end.

If you really cared about them - you'd feel bad and probably lend a shoulder to cry on. At the same time it is necessary to avoid becoming the rebound person.

Both. When one my friends left his girl friend I was happy, but I felt really sorry for them. Their break up didn't go so well.

mmm depende, its a good thing because he is now free and i can go with him, and its a bad thing bcause what if he really like her, and they were really ment to be. It also depends on what that guy (or girl) means to you, if you think he is hot. well no you shouldent feel sorry. but if you truely have feelings for him, you should be say. (or at least i would)
