if a guy was accused of date rape and he didnt get charged by police after the investigation was complete .
does his name stay in any kind of record for future investigations.
and no im not a date rapists . an evil person has struck my fiance

Yes, I believe that the police will keep his records for ten years before they are destroyed/deleted unless there the person is charged with another crime where found guilty.
