After i switch on my computer , ith shut down automatic . even i can't format the computer.

It is very common for your hardware to shut itself down before it is damaged due to heat. Open the computer case and make sure that the CPU fan and other cooling fans are working. Most systems will shut down before they reach a temp of 65c If this is the case you would not even be able to format your hard drive before it shut down due to thermal protection.

If the operating system (OS) never initialized, the problem is with your hardware, not the software. With today's hardware, most devices are built into the system board. Hence, you may not be able to replace individual components. If the the system board is the problem, don't replace it. Go buy a new PC. You can get a very good computer for under $500.
Save your hard drive (HD). Data is more important than anything else in that box. Good Luck!

Your computer might have a little bit of over-heating, so I recommend you to check if your desktop fan is active. If it is not, try to buy a new one. Overheating the computer might be the reason why this is happening.

first check all conections in side the computer to the hard drive and all wire conections . if it still wont start u may need to replace the hard drive.
