My personal feeling is that they should not be charged, I don't feel that what the soldiers are doing even comes close to something that can be described as "crimes against humanity." To me this describes issues like what has occured in Rwanda, not Iraq.

They were just following orders. The president that sent them there should be charged.

Of course it's following orders. They shouldn't be criminals. The general should be charged if you ask me. He's the one that is giving all the orders.

The only ones I know who returned were already dead because they "followed orders"

as long as they only follow orders and don't do things on their own they should not be blamed. A lot of service people do not even want to be there the economy was fixed to make it hard to find any other jobs.

It is "just following orders". What about the dregs who "enjoy" sending our troops home in wooden boxes? Should they be charged?

It's war. War is war. People die. People get killed, and people kill other people.

How about you shut your trap and show some support for the people who are fighting and dying for your right to be wrong.

Honestly, why did your parents allow you to live if you were this stupid?
