It depends, if you just want cases and such, a good place is target to get cases and headphones. Ipod docks and such, go to the apple store.
Don't go on ebay, you don't know the conditon of the thing, even if the seller garuntees it being unused or anything.

ebay !! they are a million times cheaper than at the apple store. and you can get accessory packs bundled up so you don't have to buy everything seperatly.
i bought all my accessories from ebay - except my alarm clock- i got that at bj's for $80
