hes always peakin in our house and walkin across the yard with his dog sometimes too.. any ideas on how to get revenge on him? bad or good i wanna hear htem

you should be able to consult the police with his activities. they will ask you what you know about him; his name and a description etc. if he entertains these activities, possibly he has had other, recorded, complaints in the past. at any rate a complaint or notation should be registered so that if he persists, action may be started to end it.
sometimes you are able to have a lawyer deliver a letter to him ordering him to cease and desist or legal action will be started.

Make friends with the neighbor directly across the street from him. Then sit outside on lawn chairs facing his house. Don't forget the popcorn.
As to getting him to stop peaking in on you, try thicker window shades and make sure he sees nothing. Shrubs in front of your house is not a good idea-they will give him a place to hide. Contact police to see what can be done.

No revenge he sounds like a peeping tom or even a stalker.You need to talk to the Police.If hes not dangerous they can make sure he stops and if he is dangerous they need to know.

It doesn't sound like he's doing anything illegal, except perhaps trespassing on your property. Ask him to stay off (in writing) and if he doesn't comply, call the police.

uhh if u dont want to get to "involved"than cops would b a good
choise but if u just wat him 2 stop or maybe have some fun with it try like coming out when hez watching and like yelling at him
or maybe spy on him while hez spyin on u...or if you dont want to do any of that just run at hem with like a gun or bat...
