Gang Members being Sued?

What do you think of the War on gangs? I feel in Los Angeles it should have been taken care of in the 70's when it started jumping off. Check out this link what do you think about it?

it busted the neo nazis and the klan and it should work for the gangs...sue the he*l out of them,take their money and guns and pitbulls and property and see what happens then....

Yeah -- I'm amazed the courts have allowed as many of those injunctions as they have -- massive constitutional issues regarding freedom of assembly and freedom of association.
