Delaware probably and I live in MD; only because I'm hoping that Delaware has more areas that are in between suburban and rural
What I notice is that some of the most expensive houses around here have no land; they have no backyard. And I don't see the point in buying a house for all that money when it's not even fully equipped
Anyway the race doesn't matter but I would prefer to live with the middle class folk if I could

probably tennessee. only cause it's a more laidback lifestyle and 10 times more job opportunities than where i live now, in michigan. and the mountain views you come across are great.
