In 1988 Doug Collins said.."Wanna know what the Biggest problem in running our offense??....It's Michael Jordan!..he won't pass the Ball!!"..

Doug Collins wanted MJ to pass the ball...MJ did'nt like that too much!...and told jerry Kraus the GM..."Either he goes or I go!"...come on MJ!.....

Doug Collins made the mistake of putting Jordan at point guard, thinking that he could drive to the basket, draw the double-team, and pass to a teammate with the better shot.

Only one problem, "pass" is a four-letter word to Jordan, and he almost ball-hogged the team out of playoff contention.

Passing the ball off would jeopardize him winning the scoring title, which is all Jordan REALLY cared about, so he complained to the Bulls management, who in turn, after the Bulls were eliminated in the playoffs again, fired Collins.

I don't think MJ liked Collins from the beginning. I guess MJ had a thing out for Collins and wanted him out.......and the front office listened to him, lol.

Doug still says that Michael was worse than Kobe.

and He was. he took more shots per 48 mins than Kobe did, both being 28 yrs old.

He thought he could win it all.

But he didnt.

Until the real winner came to the Bulls

his name was Pippen
