let your parents know in the am.
get some mouse traps or live traps. or they can call an exterminator to remove them.

I'll guess that your bedroom isn't downstairs. In the morning let your parents know that you saw a mouse. They will be glad that you told them and will be ready to get rid of it as soon as possible! Now, calm down and try to get some sleep. That mouse won't be in your house for long!

Calm down.Be very clean. You need to wash your hands very well.even if you didn't touch the mouse you should be higenic.Number2 Wake your parents.Probably dosen't seem like the best thing to do but trust me.It is.Say,I heard something like a mouse down in the basment.(if need say that that is the sound that woke you.)

there's no way to trap the mouse at this time of night. sit out a dish of cola for the mouse, it will drink and die. mice can't burp so the carbonation kills them.
