No! The right direction would have to be toward humanity, and unity...and away from profit driven economics! If you have ever read Conversations with God, by Neale Donald Walsch, a wonderful description of what a highly evolved and enlightened society would be like, can be found in books two and three. We are no where close to that level.....but I for one wish we could be.....right now! *sm*

No. The two dominant parties are dragging it fatally in two wrong directions.

The Republicans want to launch another religious crusade, impose their religious morality as law, and fight the forces of evil (evil being defined as the entire rest of the world that doesn't speak English).

The Democrats (when they aren't being spineless) want to turn the country into a giant Day Care center, so that everyone is happy and has all the play time they want and doesn't need to do anything.

Both of these are fatal, and both betray the reason this country was founded -- which is to promote freedom and liberty -- "land of the free, home of the brave" -- anyone remember that?

Vote them ALL out. Start over from scratch.

If the North American Union beomes reality, then the American dream as past generations have known will be gone forever.
We are rapidly moving towards a state of firm socialists and a possible police state as a whole.
I hope more YA people will take the time to view this website and seriously consider what is going on around us.........

I don't think so, and 70% of Americans agree with me, according to Gallup, which invented the "right track / wrong track" question some 30-odd years ago.

If our politicians continue to ignore the voters and reality as they have been doing and continue to sell out at the expense of our nation, pretty soon our nation will fall and it will take both the politicians and us with them. A collapse will take us all out and no one will be immune, no matter who, what, how rich or poor, what class or how politically connected they are.
