I don't think so. Not as they are, or just working with them, at least. Maybe if you are a chemist and know what to mix them with.
I've been working with Sharpies as an art material for years, and they do stink, but I've certainly never been high because of my work.

Yes, because they're toxic.
But I think u would have to do a lotttt of sniffing to do some real damage.

yes you can get high off of those. however you gotta do a lotta sniffing to cause long lasting effects or brain damage.
