Hahaha what a great idea!!!
If it was effective, which would be difficult to enforce, it would calm things down a bit, I think, but, I dont think its doable is it!!! Nor is it practical... so long as the questions being asked are within the set TOS conditions then, thats all they care about...
lol - we could start a new yahoo answers, which jas a mental health test before people are allowed in :) (just jokes)

Get Well Hen.

Are you in reference to the Trolls and Haters that plague the system? Well, if so, here is my response to that:
The Trolls and Haters are smart people, therefore giving a mental health test would make no difference.
What we need is more people without apathy who can report Abuse when they see it. And Yahoo! needs to provide better validation on the Abuse Reports. This automated system of theirs is a joke, in my humble opinion.

oh please...if they do that...they would take away all the fun out of it, since the crazy answers or the ones that makes no sense at all make me laugh so hard that is worth it.
NO, I would not even consider asking Y/A to give any mental test.

Why would anyone do that? It would make this place a little too boring. Hey, you got new legs! Lt. Dan got magic legs!
