The only thing I've ever seen remove ink is nail polish remover.

Woolite for upholstery or try solvent made for microfiber furniture (the Guardsman company sells it, they treat furniture). If it doesn't work, call the manufacturer, they may be able to help.

Hair spray. Spray it on, let it sit for 2-3 seconds and blot. Repeat if necessary.
