jello - lime
pudding - banana
if you eat the powder like i used to, i prefer jello powder, and again lime. not smart to try eating pudding powder.
you have to wait longer for jello and you dont get as much of a taste sensation from it, while pudding can be eaten even when its still hot, or cold or however you like it, and its sooo much better hot.
for these reasons, banana pudding ftw

I prefer Jello, and I like all the flavors. For the question's sake, I pick strawberry, but, there's no way I could pick just one.
(Pudding makes me gag.)
