I am too cool and nice to others and I end up agreeing to anything and I forget about myself . When I finally think about myself and realize that Iam not doing or being nice to myself and others are taking advantage of my coolness, I get angry. When I get angry, I think about myself and do the right thing about myself and I stop being cool to others. How do I balance between being too cool and nice and being angry .

It's okay to be nice to others and agree to help them, but not at the expense of your own well being. As long as you allow people to take unfair advantage of you, they will keep doing it. So you don't have to say yes to everything and everybody in order to be cool and nice. It's okay to say no once in a while. Then you will have no reason to be angry or feel used.
Learn to respect yourself first, and then others will respect you and still consider you to be cool and nice. Good luck!

Dude... you only think your being cool. If you were really cool you would'nt have to try. It's your subconscience that makes you made because of your inner turmoil to try to look good by being nice. Just don't get mad.
