Uhmm. I hope everybody answers the same as myself. I can sleep with the lights off or on.
Many of us do not have the luxury of selecting the very precise environments to sleep, so we sleep in airplanes sitting up, strange hotel rooms.
Is there noise and lights? Yes. Does it matter? No.

After watching Dawn of the Dead for the first time last halloween, I slept with the lights on for a week straight.
Other then that, not since I was little.
