the level between dbz and naruto is unfair.
remember the characters from naruto are only shinobi and the most skilled on earth while the characters from dragon ball z are the strongest on earth and most planets in the universe.
sad to say but even krillen from dragon ball z can beat itachi.
now as for frieza....itachi has slaughtered his entire clan(except for sasuke) while frieza has done genocide. he has killed millions and millions.
i wont go into details but if people seem to have trouble catching up with Rock Lee's speed how do you think itachi would fair against Friezas speed which pretty much looks like hes teleporting. besides he's and alien so im going to assume that Sharingan wont work(Friezas eyes are probably different from human eyes)
Frieza wouldnt even have to transform once.
ill create a quick scenario...frieza's speeds around and kicks itatchi then flies up in the air and destroys earth.
game over(remember frieza can breathe in space.)
btw it seems that Chakra drains faster then DBZ power levels

Well it all depends, if Frieza just walked up to Itachi out of nowhere and he's all,
Frieza: You're ticking me off; Itach stares into his eyes and he's now dead.
"I love using that technique." Or on the other hand if Itachi is like attacking someone and Frieza steps in it's more like.
Frieza: Back down or die.
Itachi: I'd like to see you try! Frieza teleports behind him and cuts his head off.
Frieza: That's what you get sucka!

Depends on whether Frieza looks in his eyes. If he does he's doomed. If he doesn't, Itachi is DOOOOOOMMMED!!!!!!!!
