Does anyone actually work from home using their computer?

I'd like to get into working at home with my computer, but I know 99% of these programs are scams. I'm not paying a cent to anyone to start working.

Does anyone know how I can work from home without sending money in to some scam company?

Hey supergrumpers, this became a longer message than I expected, but bear with it, it contains some info that can really help succeed in an online business. There's little chance that you are going to be making much income when you don't have to pay the site to begin with. Most of the work from home opportunities that are online that are free and legit are sites like treasuretrooper.com or surveyclub.com. These sites have the same thing in common, you can make money, but 100 bucks is a challenge to make in a month. That being said, yes, a lot of those sites where you do have to pay are scams; heck most of them are. I spent cash on an ebook that told me that I would play video games for a living... yeah, definitely a scam. I've spent over probably hundreds on ebooks and services online. Recently, my bro's friend told me bro about this new company online saying that his friend was making a thousand a month and it kept growing even if he were to stop trying to get people (don't stop reading now, I'll explain it in a bit, I know it sounds like a scam). He also told me that he met some guys in that were making 8,000 a week. There are two parts to the company:

This is the other part of the site, and this part makes the money too. This tells you what you should buy in the Forex market to make money. By signing up as a representative you both get the business and investing part of the site, two potential money makers.

The company is growing at a rate of 40% a month. Right now there are 6000 members and they project to be at 5 million in 5 years. Your timing is perfect. Yes... I know you don't want to spend the cash on a site, but this is really a great opportunity because right now this site will even give you 50 bucks back for signing up. There are a lot of people already making well over 20k a month in residual income and the company started last year!

My husband and I have totally made our living online working from home for the past 7 years. We started as ebay sellers, and then moved on to start our own online mall, renting stores to other sellers. This has taken up a LOT of our time though, so we arent active sellers anymore. Its a wonderful job though, and we have some really awesome sellers with great items at great prices!

We also do web design and SEO things. We have spent a lot of time learning how to do these things, but it has been worth it.

I would recommend that you learn how to do something, and how to do it well. The surveys and make money surfing and things might actually work for some pocket change, but Ive never known anyone that could make a living by answering some surveys. Sometimes if it seems too good to be true, then it is. If it were easy to get rich, then everyone would be rich.

If you want to learn how to sell things online, you need to research and see what sells well and what has too much competition. Choose something that you know about and love, and be prepared to put a LOT of time and work into it.

Everyone wants fast and easy, but it just isnt real.

Doing an online business requires a lot of work and some initial research. I can't stress enough the importance of starting out with something you really enjoy doing yourself - if you enjoy it, you'll be willing to put time into making it unique, which will lead to success on its own.There are actuallymake money online. Put an ad in your local paper. List your qualifications and capabilities. There are doctors and lawyers, for example, who are just starting out and can't afford to hire a full-time office assistant - yet. You can type theses for college students - getting the first draft on disk so they just have to edit and modify.

Ads in local papers are not too expensive. Give it a try.
