Probably Mahmoud Ahmadinijad, the "President" of Iran.

Ahmadinijad (I'll just call him Mad for ease of use) has many of the qualities of Adolf Hitler, such as an intense need for power and a plan for domination, as well as a goal of exermination of all Jews.

Mad has said that he has had a spiritual epiphany which states that starting a nuclear war ending in the destruction of Israel (with the likely nuclear destruction of his own country) will bring back the 12th Imom to rule over a golden age of Islam.

The possibility of him trying this plan are high, as Iran moves ever closer to a nuclear weapon, and also is within striking distance of Israel.

Upon striking Israel with a nuclear weapon, the chain of events could go as this:

1. Israel would surely loose it's own nuclear arsenal as it's last act before it is destroyed.

2. The U.S. would also react and finish the job of destroying Iran via nuclear assault.

3. The Middle east would be in total anarchy, and oil prices would skyrocket, sending the world financial system into a great depression larger than ever see before. This time it would be a world depression.

4. To stabilize the middle east, the USA, nato, and UN would be forced to employ huge numbers of troops, requiring a US draft.

5. Millions would die, and this would be seen as the greatest act of terror in World History. The effects would be lasting and destructive.

6. It would take at least 10 years to stabilize the Middle East and this would be a new dark age.

I was going to say that kooky guy in North Korea who looks just like Bobby Lee from MADTV, but I changed my mind to whoever is president of Pakistan after poor Musharraf retires. I think I'll go into one of my diatribes. Here is a guy who has probably had more attempts on his life than 3 generations of the Kennedys' and he is trying his best to be a friend of the USA and be alive long enough to see his grandchildren. Everyone is telling him to secure the leaky border with Afghanistan, we can't secure our own border, North or South, It will take a terrorist act worse than 9/11 before the lobbyists of the National Chamber of Commerce has their cold dead hands removed from Congress' agenda.

Anyway I think Musharaf is damn** if he does and da**ed if he doesn;t, whoever comes after him will bear close scrutiny as Pakistan has access to NUKES,
