i happened to look online at my own criminal record and i know what i've been arrested for and i know what i've been convicted of. I was once arrested for drug paraphenilia for having a pot pipe in my pocket i pled guilty to one charge of drug parephenilia which is a misdermeter but now my record says i was convicted of selling drug paraphenelia to a minor which is a felony. so now i don't think i can vote. is this just a glitche in the computers or is it a way to disqualify liberal votes?

Son, you just insulted every liberal in the country.

Most criminals are liberals? Is that what you are trying to say?

I'm a democrat, son. You aren't helping.

Not really. A lot of conservatives that are in politics now, have used drugs in their younger days and even some got arrested. See about getting your conviction expunged, and try to find out why you were convicted of selling para. to a minor. You should have known what you were charged with at your trial, or at least when you appeared to the judge.

You never know. I guess you may have to get an investigator to check it out. Of coarse the perpetrator's will claim it was an unexpected glitch to save there names. Don,t worry everyone is a little liberal. Its to bad that some people like Rush. claim the right to define, and bash those who don,t agree with what ever our president tells us. Just because you my not be able to vote , does not stop you from Chanting (screaming) NUREMBERG at the next Bush sighting. Of coarse it does not say he is guilty of anything, but it does imply he is not beyond question. Now is that not like using the same logic that may have been used against you.

I think its a glitch in your thinking. You got caught doing something that you knew was illegal, never mind that you disagreed with the law you still knew it was against the law, and now you are crying foul. Try living your life between the lines instead of outside of them and you won't have anything to cry about. You can spot a democrat a mile away! There are many laws I completely disagree with but I don't wish to have a criminal record. I like being able to vote and own guns.

It sounds like part of a vast conspiracy. Probably Alberto Gonzalez and Karl Rove hacked into the criminal files & changed the data.
Very scary indeed.

BTW, Are convicted felons more likely to vote democrat?

I had no idea that a criminal record would impact the ability to vote. I had thought that all U.S. Citizens had the right / obligation to vote. Is it possible to get this off your record ?

Liberals implying that they have a very large criminal contingent? This is great.

I doubt it was an attempt to disqualify you. I would definitely get that one fixed by the court. What makes you think the clerks of courts are conservatives.

Clearly the pot you smoked with your pipe has addled your brain. Perhaps you should not vote, you lack the capacity.
