In or around 1980, ( i think) there was a movie about a navlal battleship caught in a time wrarp. the ship and officers all travel back to WWII. I think Mike Douglas starred in it. Do you know the name of this movie?

It is definitely "The Final Countdown" starring Kirk Douglas and Martin Sheen. "The Philadelphia Experiment" was similar. It starred Michael Pare where him and another naval guy got sent to the future.

Your thinking of The Final Countdown. They go back in time and can stop the attack on Pearl Harbor. One of my favorite movies.

Final Countdown is right. Philadelphia Experiment is where they fake the moon landing, I think.
