I had these incredible Nachos, Mexican Style.
Cooked pork meat, Guacamole, Shredded Jack cheese, and they are always amazing!!! The salsa was red, spicy, Delicious! Topped off with a Diet Pepsi, LOL!!!
That would be a Mexican diet for ya'll, NOT!!!

I wanted to make egg burritos but the whole family is here, so I made a chicken salad and baked pasta in this 96 degree weather with sourdough garlic toast.

I grilled steaks out on the grill, roasted some potatoes in the oven but the guys weren't interested in salad (they were too full after everything else).
