I had stopped taking a snack to bed and lost 10 pounds....after my dog died I started doing it again and gained back 5 of those pounds.

Smoking. If I could go to work and just deal with normal stress I'd be fine but when things just go off the deep end I can't handle it and I reach for a cigg.

Drinking Diet Coke. I drink about 8 cans a day, I quit for six months, and then started again. Damn it.
