I am not really sure what you mean by inside/outside. I guess you are looking to pack on some fat but not muscle?

Carbohydrates and lots of sugar. Stay on the couch and keep asking questions will help too.

If you are really skinny and you are eating a lot to try and gain weight, you will likely hurt yourself. If you are just trying to bulk up, try some weight gainers and a good workout routine.

Good luck (and don't listen to the idiots that tell you that you are something you are not!)

Eat high protein foods like fish (salmon, tuna, etc), beans (black, kidney, soy, etc), nuts and seeds (pumpkin, peanut, etc) and also add flax seed oil to your food (salad, soup, etc), but try to stay away from junk food, red meat and milk. (drink soy milk instead) :-)
