No it wouldn't be considered rape - but I wonder if you would be liable to pay child support.
I know of a person who was pregnant and still a virgin (other than Mary - mother of Jesus!). The doctor thought that it must have been something like what you suggested - but he suggested she sat on a public toilet seat where some sperm had been left. But of course she didn't know who the father was - and I guess they don't really have the records to track him down by his DNA.

No. Rape is defined as sexual penetration of a woman against her will. The hypothetical situation described in your question could never result in pregnancy. In this case, even if the sperm were originally olympic swimmers, they would all be dead long before they got to the finish line.

first off the definition of rape is force penetration. so no.
second the chlorination/salination of the pool would kill the sperm and why would any woman sit bare crotched on a bed that has what would look like someone elses bodily fluids and then she would have to sit directly on top of those fluids and be excited enough to produce her own fluids to enable any sperm to get inside and inpregnate her, and now I think i'm gonna have to go throw up my dinner from all those nasty disgusting thoughts.

Wow, that's what happened to me! I was swimming in the ocean and a week later I found out I was pregnant. I didn't realize I could press charges for this.

Well, since its impossible, then there's no real point to this question. Rape has nothing to do with sperm anyway. It has to do with a person forcefully having sex with a person that does not want to. (To put it plainly)

What?? This would never happen so why "let's just suppose" ?? But, how could it fit into the legal system as rape??

That can't even happen. Any substances, like air or water, would kill the sperm on contact. Even the environment of the vagina is very harsh to sperm.
So, we won't even "suppose."
